01 — Production
Full-cycle factory in Kattakurgan
The plant is equipped with modern machinery from Turkey and China: CNC lathes, thread-rolling lines and an electroplating section.
Quality alloys
Products are made from pure copper, zinc and lead alloys (CuZn39Pb2 / CuZn40Pb2) — no scrap of unknown composition.
CNC machining
Turning on CNC lathes — consistent geometry and threads from batch to batch.
Electroplating
In-house plating section: corrosion protection and a clean, marketable finish.
Custom parts
We manufacture items to customer drawings and sketches — both in series and small batches.
